9-3-2022 Extreme flash flooding in Manville Indiana caused multiple homes and cars to be washed away.

Four people were rescued from flood waters early New Year's' Day in Green County, near Coburg, Kentucky. Up to five inches of rain caused the Caney Fork Creek to overflow its banks onto Coburg road. One person clung to a tree for three hours after being swept away when she drove into into the swift flowing water. A second car drove into the flood waters resulting in three people being rescued from the roof of their vehicle. All were rescued without injury by Green County Fire and Rescue and assisted by Campbellsville Fire - Rescue.
